周囲の者が糸になってルフィイを襲う
ルフィ「パラミシア系の能力とは思えねえ力だ」
ドフ「悪魔の実の能力は時に『覚醒』する。お前はまだレベルじゃない」

民衆なんか糸？から逃げる元気をなくす
国王？町長？わかんね「麦わらのルフィが戦ってるからみんな諦めるな！」
民衆元気になる
獅子バズーカでドフラミンゴ吹っ飛ばす。終わり

Last cover of Jinbe story. Wadatsumi and Jinbe leaves island saying “Thank you!” to people and sea monsters.

Doffy: “I’ll show you. My “awakening!”
Doflamingo’s strings “awaken.”
The surrounding people turn into strings (?) and attack Luffy
Luffy: “No way that’s really a paramecia power”
Doffy: “Devil Fruit powers can be ‘awakened.’ But you’re nowhere near that level”

The townspeople lose the will to run from the strings (?).
The king or mayor or somebody says “Strawhat Luffy’s still fighting, so don’t give up!”
The townspeople are encouraged.
Luffy hits Doflamingo with Lion Bazooka.

Birdcage continues shrinking, the people of Dressrosa are in despair.
– Devil Fruit users like Luffy are merely beginners, Devil Fruits have a level of ‘awakening’ (Crocodile mentioned this in Impel Down). When a Devil Fruit is awakened, the user is able to let the objects around them have the same ability.
– Doffy turns objects around him into strings, Luffy is surprised at this.
– Doffy uses a powerful technique on Luffy.
– Scene changed. Riku is trying to raise the spirit of the citizens and people on Dressrosa, to not give up and hang on.
– Everyone hopes Luffy can defeat Doffy.
– Times running out, Luffy is about to use a technique to bring everything to an end.
– Luffy uses ‘Kamehameha’ pose and shouts out the name of that technique… “Lion Bazooka”

One Piece 784 "Gear Fourth" Summary:

The combatants begin moving toward the King's Plateau, as Roronoa Zoro reveals to Kanjuro and Kinemon that he is going to cut through the Birdcage. Meanwhile, Monkey D. Luffy activates Gear Fourth and continues to battle Donquixote Doflamingo. The Shichibukai, initially unimpressed, is quickly overwhelmed by Luffy, sending him flying. Doflamingo attacks again but is unable to bypass Luffy's defences, and the chapter ends with Luffy gaining the upper hand.
