 One Piece 761 Spoilers:

Law asked Doflamingo why he can active CP0 if he wasn’t one of Tenryūbito.
Doflamingo said he got the “national treasure” level secret of Mariejois which can influence the whole world.
Pirates tried to kill Doflamingo but failed. So now Tenryūbito work with Doflamingo.
Doflamingo didn’t get Operation Fruit only. He said he can control the world if he got the fruit.

One Piece 760 "The Same Bet" Summary:

At the streets of Dressrosa, Sabo is being scolded by Koala for fighting an Marine Admiral since it will attract unwanted attention to the Revolutionaries.

Usopp and the others at the Plateau are released by the citizens since the people are confused at all of the chaos. They beg to their former king for help, but Riku tells them to trust Luffy to overthrow Doflamingo. Admiral Fujitora also declares his trust in Luffy.

Trebol is having difficulty in reforming himself after being separated by Law. Before Law can attack him again, Doflamingo stops and brutally incapacitates Law. Luffy tries to fight, but Doflamingo overcomes him and binds him in strings, leaving him at the mercy of the controlled Bellamy. Doflamingo tells them that he hates people looking down at him and reveals his family's past, of how his father made the family leave the life of luxury and how his mother died of illness because of their fallen status. Doflamingo hated his father and killed him, hoping to return to the life of a World Noble but was rejected by them, leaving him to swear to destroy the entire world ruled by them.

One Piece 760 Spoiler Trivia: The card game-theme was already used by Ace and his Spade Pirates, making the pun “Ace of Spades”. Pica of the Donquixote Pirates uses the spade as a symbol too. Also, the movie-only Trump Siblings share the same theme, with the five captains using the same card symbols for themselves.
