Madara said:  Originally, chakra belongs to this god tree, all the chakra here, and even yours. Men stole chakra from the god tree in the first place, it is only trying to get it back. At the early time, people do not know anything about chakra, till a princess, who named Kaguya Ootsutsuki, she ate the frobidden fruit from the god tree.
