Naruto 627 "Sasuke's Answer" Manga Summary: 

After his older brother Hashirama finished his story, Tobirama told Sasuke that there were others in the Uchiha clan besides Itachi Uchiha who put the village above their clan, like Kagami Uchiha. Hiruzen then told them that Kagami's son Shisui Uchiha was another while admitting guilt for entrusting seedier affairs of the village to Danzō Shimura, whom Sasuke revealed to have killed. Minato Namikaze belittles himself for sacrificing himself during his battle against Kurama, stating that the Uchiha's coup d'etat may have ended differently had he survived. 

 

 

Sasuke is making his decision as whether or not to destroy Konoha.

Having heard all he needed from the Hokage, Sasuke comes to the conclusion that the village that Itachi died to protect should not be wasted, and decides to enter the battlefield in order to follow his brother's will, with Orochimaru following out of interest. As Suigetsu tries to slip away from the party, an enraged Karin arrives, but Sasuke apologises for what he has done and then she forgives him while declaring her love for him. As the Hokage prepare for battle with Madara Uchiha, Minato is delighted that he will finally meet his son and promised to make up to him for not being there.
