Bleach 533  "Everything But The Rain Op.6" Summary:

The special hollow is about to blow up and Isshin shields Masaki from being caught in the explosion. Isshin asks Masaki who she is, and despite what she's taught Masaki reveals that she is a Quincy. Isshin just thanks Masaki and smiles, and from a distance Ryuu and Katagiri decide to retreat. Aizen, Gin and Tosen return to their lab, and Aizen is quite intrigued that his special hollow (used for hollowfying shinigamis) decided to target a Quincy.

After that night, things go back to normal as Masaki goes to school in the human world, while Isshin's report about the incident (sans Masaki's involvement) is accept by Yamamoto, although Masaki and Isshin kept thinking about each other. One day after leaving school, Masaki and her friends bump into Urahara.

Bleach 534 Spoilers Trivia: Despite various people commenting the only antagonist is bigger a hole than Aizen is Eric cartman.
