New Berserk TV Anime Slated for July

This year's seventh issue of Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine announced that the new television anime of Kentarou Miura's Berserk manga will premiere in July. The new anime will be simply titled "Berserk".

The cast also was released in this issue, includes:

Hiro Shimono as Isidro
Hiroki Yasumoto as Azan

Unshou Ishizuka as Narrator

An insert song for the anime titled "Hai yo" (Ash) is being composed by Susumu Hirasawa.

A teaser promo video for the series had been released on the official website in December.

The manga inspired a twenty-five episode anime series covering the series' Golden Age arc in 1997, and a trilogy of movies released in 2012-2013.

Additionally, the magazine reveals that the 38th volume of the manga is slated for June 24.
