GJ-bu TV Anime Staff Revealed

It’s been announced last month the anime adaptation of GJ-bu (Good Job Club) light novel series will premiere next January. The studio Dogakobo will produce the series, and the staff has been revealed.

Series composition/Script: Hideaki Koyasu (Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan: Demon Capital)

Anime production: Dogakobo (Yuru Yuri)

Araki launched the original GJ-bu light novel series as the “first four-panel novel” in 2010. Each of the nine volumes contains 36 short stories about high school students, and each story is only four pages long with illustrations by Aruya. And there is a spin-off novel series called GJ-bu Chuutou-bu (Good Job Club, Junior High School Division).

It’s also been announced that Aruya, the illustrator for GJ-bu light novel series, will launch a manga version of the series in Shogakukan’s Monthly Sunday GX magazine.
