The 20th and final volume of Bakuman was released on July 4 in Japan.

Bakuman is a Japanese manga series written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata, the same creative team responsible for Death Note. It started serialization in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since August, 2008. The manga has been adapted into a TV anime series with two seasons broadcasted. A third season was announced to be scheduled to air in October 2012.

The plot of the manga begins with a junior high student named Moritaka Mashiro, who is talented in drawing and has a crush on one of his classmates, Miho Azuki. He initially turned down one of his classmates' offer to become a manga artist to his stories but later decides to pursue the dream of becoming a manga artist after he learns that his crush is planning to become a voice actress for anime.
