'Final' Gintama Teaser Streamed

The official website for the second Gintama feature film began streaming the teaser trailer in 30- and 15-second lengths on Monday. Click to watch the 30-second version and 15-second version. The film, titled Gekijōban Gintama Kanketsu-hen: Yorozuya yo Eien Nare (Final Gintama: The Movie: Be Forever Yorozuya), will open in Japan on July 6.  

Gintama is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hideaki Sorachi. The first film premiered on April 24, 2010. A second film was announced back in August 2012 in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. It has been reveled that the film will have an all-new "final" story written by Hideaki Sorachi himself. The teaser also shows two versions of the main character Gintoki Sakata — one from the present and one from the past.
