Boruto: Naruto the Movie’s Story Revealed

This year’s 26th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump is revealing a plot summary for Boruto: Naruto the Movie on Monday. The movie will screen in Japanese theaters on August 7.

Boruto is the son of Naruto, who is the 7th Hokage. But he completely disproves of his father. Behind this, he wants to surpass the respectable and heroic Naruto. Before long, Boruto meets his father’s friend Sasuke, and requests to become his apprentice!? The story of the new generation begins!

The movie will add a new character, named Mitsuki.
