According to this year's 31st issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, Tite Kubo's Bleach manga is approaching its ending. The magazine teased an obscured number of chapters before the manga would end.

The manga began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2001, and began its final story arc in February 2012.

The series inspired a 366-episode television anime from 2004 to 2012, and four anime movies.
