Akagami no Shirayukihime Anime Season 2’s Cast Unveiled

The new cast and characters for the second season of the Akagami no Shirayukihime anime was unveiled in the January 2016 issue of Hakusensha's LaLa magazine.

 

The cast includes:

 

Sachi Kokuryu as Kazuki

 

 

Shintarō Asanuma as Itoya

 

 

Mikako Komatsu as Eugena

 

 

Inori Minase as Rona

 

 

The new visual for the second season:

 

 

The second season will focus on that Shirayuki is invited to the Tanbarun Kingdom. The new season will air in January.

 

The voice character of Shirayuki, Saori Hayami, will return to sing the second season's opening theme song "Sono Koe ga Chizu ni Naru" (Your Voice Will Become a Map). She performed the opening theme song "Yasashii Kibō" (Gentle Hope) in the first season. The song made her titled solo artist. The group eyelis will also return to perform the ending theme song "Page~Kimi to Tsuzuru Monogatari" (Page~A Story I Weave with You). They performed the ending theme song "Kizuna ni Nosete" (Placing on Bonds) in the first season. Masahiro Ando is in charge of directing the anime at the studio BONES.

 

The story follows Shirayuki, a medicine woman with one unique feature: her red hair. The prince Raji orders her to become his concubine so that she runs way. Then she meets the neighboring kingdom' prince Zen. After that, she decide to stay with Zen and serve as a court pharmacist.

 

Akagami no Shirayukihime Manga, written by Sorata Akizuki, was serialized in Hakusensha's monthly shoujo manga magazine LaLa in September 2006. It has 14 compiled volume and two season anime adaptation.
